| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier letter dated August 07, 2014, wherein the Company had informed the exchange about the proposal for delisting of the equity shares of the Company from Madras Stock Exchange Limited (MSE), consequent to its voluntary de-recognition, in terms of the circular dated May 30, 2012 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India, Sundram Fasteners Ltd has now informed BSE that in furtherance to the Company's application for voluntary delisting of equity shares from MSE, MSE vide its letter dated December 29, 2014, had informed that the equity shares of the Company have been delisted from their Exchange, with effect from December 29, 2014. |
