1. Approved the proposal for further issue of 6,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis at a price not less than price determined in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2009.
2. Approved the draft notice of postal ballot for considering the proposal for further issue of 6,00,000 Equity Shares on preferential basis. |
