| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Maral Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that consequent to a complete overall review of the operations of the three units of the Company, i.e. the largest at Sarovar and the other two smaller units at NOIDA and Jammu, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2006, noted that the costs at the Jammu unit had increased to a persistently unviable level. It was also noted that the activities at the unit had come almost to a standstill and consequently, the management had to initiate steps towards restructuring, including substantive downsizing. |
