"With reference to your letter dated August 21, 2015 , we would like to confirm that, there is no announcement or price sensitive Information pending to be intimated by the Company to the Stock Exchanges which could have bearing on the performance/operations of the Company nor any price sensitive information of the Company which are reportable under clause 36 or any other clause of the Listing Agreement with the exchanges which are not shared with the Exchanges.
We would like to reiterate that the Company is compiling with the listing agreement requirements and keep the stock exchanges informed of all price sensitive information as and when they arise.". |
