| Exchange Disseminated Time | Essar Shipping & Logistics Limited (the "Seller"), which is a company duly incorporated under the laws of Cyprus and having its registered office at Cyprus and the promoter of Essar Shipping Limited (the "Company") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for Sale of 17,872,751 shares of the Company on May 30, 2013 through a Sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd & NSE Ltd (the "Stock Exchanges") for this purpose.
The Sale shall take place at the separate window of the Stock Exchanges and shall commence on May 30, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. and shall close on the same day at 3:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date"). |
