1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2015
2. To recommend a Final Dividend, if any for the year ended December 31, 2015
In view of this, the trading window has closed from January 21, 2016 and it shall re-open 48 hours after the results are made public on February 24, 2016. |
