| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/11/2016 14:09:52 | With reference to the earlier letter dated November 21, 2016, regarding Board Meeting which was scheduled on December 06, 2016, inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Electrosteel Castings Ltd has now informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors has been postponed and re-scheduled on December 10, 2016.
Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring And Reporting Trading by Insiders (‘the Code’), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons (i.e. Directors/ officers) and other connected persons as covered under the Code from November 29, 2016 and shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results are submitted to the stock exchanges. |
