We would like to inform you that the Company proposes to convene a meeting of the Board of Directors for approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 on or before September 14, 2017 by availing the extension granted by SEBI vide the afore-mentioned Circular.
The Company shall intimate the date of the Board Meeting for approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 and the dates for Closure of Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities upon finalizing the Board Meeting date.
