This is to inform you that the 29th Annual General Meeting of Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd held on Friday the 22 September 2017, at 03.30 P.M. at Kala Mandir 1st Floor, 48, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata- 700017, since there was a technical problem at the ground floor hall at Kala Kunj therefore, the meeting held and commenced at Ka1a Mandir Hall (at 1st Floor ), at the same premises and the meeting was concluded on 05.00 P.M., to transact the business as stated in the Notice dated 3 August 2017.
We are enclosing herewith the Summary of the Proceedings of the AGM of the Company as required under Regulation 30, part A of the Schedule III of SEBI (LODR), Regulations 2015- Annexure - 1
