| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/07/2016 17:10:12 | HMT Ltd has informed BSE that vide Presidential Order dated April 13, 2016 and in terms of Article 67(4) of the Articles of Association of the Company,Shri Subhash Chandra Pandey, AS & FA, holding additional charge of Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, had been appointed as Part-time Official Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect vice Shri S. K. Bahri the then AS&FA, Department of Heavy Industry.
Further, the Ministry vide letter dated April 29, 2016 has communicated the Approval of competent authority for Appointment of Smt. Shashi Bala Srivastava, IDAS as Director (Finance), HMT Limited for a period of Five years with effect from the date of her assumption of charge of the post Director (Finance), HMT Limited. Smt. Shashi Bala Srivastava has assumed the charge of the post of Director (Finance) w.e.f. July 01, 2016. |
