"B.A.G. Films & Media Ltd, proudly announces the launch of STAR VIVAH on Star Plus. Starting today this show shall be aired from Monday to Friday at 2:00 pm in the afternoon on Star Plus with a repeat telecast at 6:00 pm on the same day and at 10:30 am on the next day. Touted as India first matrimonial reality show, Star Vivaah promises viewers an innovatively packaged matrimonial show that allows viewers to find their perfect match sitting in the comfort of their homes. The show shall be hosted by renowned stars Mohnish Behl and Anjali Shirvaikar.
The show has an interactive format that shall showcase prospective brides and grooms and allow viewers to choose their perfect match. The innovative nature of the show shall ensure that all audiences both urban and rural are equally interested in this format. Further the institution of marriage, being one of India'a most deeply entrenched social customs is being integrated into a reality TV show for the first time in the history of Indian Television. STAR VIVAH is a Matrimonial reality show that will encompass all the stages of matrimonial engagements ranging from matchmaking to the wedding ceremony.
