| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/10/2016 16:37:44 | Forbes & Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company intends to make following applications to the Central Government for its approval, if required:
1. Payment of remuneration to Mr. Ashok Barat as Managing Director of the Company for the period from April 01, 2016 to April 27, 2016, Annual Performance Incentive for Financial Year 2015-16 and Ex-Gratia payment for services rendered during his tenure as Managing Director of the Company; and
2. Payment of remuneration to Mr. Mahesh Tahilyani as Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years commencing from April 28, 2016.
In this regard the Company are attaching copies of newspaper clipping published in news papers on October 10, 2016. |
