| Exchange Disseminated Time | INEOS ABS (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on April 24, 2012 at the Registered Office of the Company, approved the change of name of the Company to Styrolution ABS (India) Limited, subject to approval of Office of Registrar of Companies (ROC), Gujarat.
Subsequent to approval of the Shareholders, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Office of Registrar of Companies (ROC) has also approved the change of name of the Company from INEOS ABS (INDIA) Limited to Styrolution ABS (India) Limited w.e.f. May 01, 2012 and has issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation. |
