| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ravi Kumar Distilleries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has signed a Share Purchase Agreement for acquisition of 51% of the equity shares of M/s. S. V. Distilleries Pvt.Ltd, Bidar, Karnataka.
This will enable the Company to control the management of S. V. Distilleries Pvt. Ltd and will become subsidiary of the Company.
S. V. Distilleries Pvt.Ltd. has the following manufacturing facilities in its factory at Bidar, Karnataka.

2. Plant and Machinery
