In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Company had applied to the concerned Authority under Industrial Dispute Act, 1947, for its approval, for closure of certain departments/manufacturing lines/wings (26 nos.) in its Dharuhera Plant situated at 69th K.M. Milestone, Dharuhera, Rewari. The approval as sought has been received from the Authority on 28.06.2017. Subject to neccessary regulatory compliances, such departments/manufacturing lines/wings in Dharuhera Plant are expected to be closed within one month.
The Other information in terms of continuous disclosure requirements as per SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 is attached as per Annexure - 1.
