1. 10,00,000 equity shares, having face value of Rs. 10/- each, were allotted on preferential basis to Shri Daleep Jatwani, Non-Promoter, at Rs. 60/- per equity share (including Premium of Rs. 50/- per equity share).
2. 4,00,000 - 6% Non-Cumulative, Non-Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each, were allotted to M/s. Hanuman Freight and Carriers Private Limited, a Non-Promoter entity.
