1. To approve the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
2. To approve the notice calling 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company and to fix date, time and venue of the meeting.
3. To fix the Book closure dates for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend.
4. To review the operations of the Company.
Further, the trading window for Directors/Officers/Designated employees covered under Gayatri Projects Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders will be closed from August 22, 2016 to August 29, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
