Sonata Software Ltd has informed BSE that based on the approval and recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board at its meeting held on November 02, 2016, has approved re-appointment of Mr. P Srikar Reddy as Managing Director and CEO for a further term of three years with effect from February 14, 2017.

The said re-appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next general meeting and all other concerned statutory, regulatory and other authorities, if and to the extent applicable.
