| Exchange Disseminated Time | JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2014, inter alia :
1. Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Singh was appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
2. Board discussed the declaration of the account of the Company as NPA by its bankers i.e. ICICI Bank Ltd and Bank of India. The Company is in the process of negotiation with the bankers for settlement.
3. One of the key customers of the Company has wrongfully not renewed the contract. The Company has initiated civil and criminal proceedings against the said customer for putting the Company in financial stress. |
