Road), Gurugram 122002 (Haryana), have considered and approved the following:
1) Change in name of the Company
The name of the Company is proposed to be changed from 'Sona Koyo Steering Systems Limited' to 'JTEKT India Limited', subject to necessary shareholders' and regulatory approvals.
2) During the proceedings of the said Board Meeting, Board of Directors considered to explore options / alternates for rationalizing / corporate restructuring of the Company. In this regard, a Committee of Directors has been constituted to examine and submit their report on the same to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company.
