| Exchange Disseminated Time | International Combustion India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 08, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Annual Accounts including the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 as well as the recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15 for declaration by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed as required under the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed during the period from April 27, 2015 to May 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, designated employees and their dependents on account of consideration of the above price-sensitive matters at the aforementioned Board Meeting of the Company. |
