| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/10/2016 16:44:36 | GEE Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2016.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will remain closed from October 29, 2016 and shall re-open on November 13, 2016 (i.e. Till conclusion of 48 hours of the Board meeting). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company has been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. |
