1. To Review the working of the Company and new business plans.
2. To take on record the Un- Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, along with the Limited Review Report of the auditor's of the Company, if available.
3. To take on record the report of the Internal Auditor's of the Company.
4. To Confirm that the Trading windows for dealing with securities of the Company will remain closed from February 08, 2017 to February 13, 2017 or till 24 Hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange(both days inclusive). Accordingly all officers and designated employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. |
