As per SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016 the Company would like to exercise the option under Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of the Listing Regulations to submit the standalone financial results for the first quarter and consolidated financial results from the subsequent quarters, as already intimated.
