As per the provision of Section 103(2) of the Companies Act 2013 , the company has published an advertisement vide dated September 05, 2017 in Free Press Journal (English Newspaper) and Navshakti (Marathi Newspaper) intimating the shareholders about the adjourned Annual General Meeting, as enclosed herewith.
