We reproduce below the circular issued by the undersigned to the specified employees in this regard.
'This it to inform that, from the opening of business in Stock Exchange on 26th July 2017, trading (selling, transfer, buying, pledging dealing) of IMIL shares is not permitted by you and your dependents (Parents, Spouse, Sisters, Brothers and Children). This is due to the proposed adoption of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2017 at the Board meeting to be held on Wednesday, the 2nd August 2017.
Trading will be resumed from 4th August 2017 onwards, on opening of business in Stock Exchange.'
