| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shivalik Global Ltd has informed BSE that Land Development Committee constituted by Board of Directors of the Company has discussed various proposals from different developers for the development of Company's Land situated at 12/6 Mile Stones, Mathura Road, Sarai Khawaja, Faridabad, Haryana as IT Park / Commercial Complex and taken a note of each and finalized the collaboration agreement with M/s. RPS Infrastructure Ltd, New Delhi as per terms and conditions stated in the said agreement.
Accordingly Company has entered into collaboration agreement with M/S. RPS Infrastructure Ltd. |
