The "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from May 10, 2017 to May 31, 2017 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
