1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for Fourth Quarter ended on March 31, 2015; and
2. Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for twelve months financial year ended on March 31, 2015.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing the securities of the Company by its Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from May 23, 2015 to May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
