| Exchange Disseminated Time | Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. The Board has approved the delisting of shares of the Company from the Delhi Stock Exchange.
2. To comply with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Mr. K. M. Elavia, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee have resigned as the Chairman of the Audit Committee with the conclusion of this meeting and will continue as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company.
3. Mr. F. K. Banatwalla, Independent Director was appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee from the ensuing Meeting.
4. The Company has started its production at its Dharwad unit. |
