| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Amrutanjan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 17, 2008, inter alia, has declared a "Special One Time Interim Dividend — 2008-09" of 400% (Rs 40/- per share) on the Equity Share Capital of Rs 3.20 crores from out of the realized capital profits made through sale of land and buildings situated at Egattur, Chengleput, Taluk, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu. The total amount payable by the Company towards "Special One Time Interim Dividend — 2008-09" is Rupees Twelve Crores and Eighty Lakhs only. |
