Publish Audited Results & Resignation of Director

Alpine Housing Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company chooses the options to submit and publish its audited financial results for the entire financial years ended March 31, 2013 within the stipulated period 60 days from March 31, 2013 i.e. on or before May 29, 2013 .

Consequently, the Company will not be publishing its un audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 i.e. the last quarter of the financial year 2012-13.

Further the Company has informed that, Mr. G. H. S. Gupta is resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from April 15, 2013.
