| Exchange Disseminated Time | Banaras Beads Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 22, 2013, has transacted the following:
- Pursuant to Clause 6 of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 and other applicable provisions, the consent of Board of the Company be and is herby given for voluntary delist of its Equity Shares from the Ahmadabad, Calcutta,
Delhi and Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchanges, on account of reduce the expenditure incurred in form of Annual Listing Fees and the paperwork in compliance of various clauses of the Stock Exchanges.
Further, as per delisting Guidelines no exit opportunity be required as the equity shares of the Company shall continue to be listed at Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE), Mumbai, which have nationwide trading terminals. |
