| Exchange Received Time 24/08/2017 08:50:41 Exchange Disseminated Time 24/08/2017 08:50:48 Time Taken 00:00:07 | | We wish to inform you that MEP INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS LIMITED ('MEP') has received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) dtd August 23,2017 from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) informing that MEP has been engaged as 'user fee collection Agency on the basis of Competitive Bidding through e-tender for Chennasamudram Fee Plaza at km 104.900 [for a length of 46.500 km] for section from km 106.800 to km 13.800 (Walajahpet-Poonamallee Section) of NH-4, in the State of Tamil Nadu.' Key highlights of the Project are :(i)User Fee Collection rights at Chennasamudram Fee Plaza.(ii) Terms of the Contract Agmt:a.Period of Contract is 1 (one) year.b.The operations will commence after complying with the statutory formalities viz. submission of Performance Security, signing of Contract as stated in the LOA.(iii) The contractual amount for the said Project is Rs.74,70,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Four Crores and Seventy Lacs Only) payable to NHAI on a weekly basis over a period of 1 (one) year. |
