The Bank is offering e-voting facility to its Members, in respect of the businesses set out in the above mentioned Notice, from 09.00 A.M on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 up to 05.00 P.M on Friday, September 29, 2017. The facility of voting by ballot paper will also be made available at the venue of the Meeting for those Members who have not voted by e-voting.
The Bank has decided to change the cut-off date (i.e. the record date) for the purpose of e-voting and voting by ballot to Monday, September 25, 2017. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from Tuesday, September 26, 2017 to Saturday, September 30, 2017 (both days inclusive) on account of the 90th Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
