- Appointment of Mr. Sudhangshu S. Biswal as an Additional Director in the category of Whole Time Director of the Company.
- Appointment of Ms. Shubha Singh as Vice President (Legal) and Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company who shall be designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.
