| Exchange Disseminated Time | Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
1. Pursuant to Regulation 6 and 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Appointment of Mr. Gurvinder Singh Monga as Company Secretary Cum Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from February 09, 2016.
2. With reference to the letter dated December 01, 2015 regarding intimation pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), the Company has informed that Mr. Bharat Bhushan Chugh, Whole Time Director, Mr. Vineet Mittal, Chief Financial Officer are authorized for the purpose of determining of Material of an event or Material information and for making disclosures to Stock Exchange. On account of appointment of Mr. Gurvinder Singh Monga as Company Secretary Cum Compliance Officer w.e.f February 09, 2016, the Board of Directors has also authorized him along with the above Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer. |
