12, 2016, to transact the business as given below;
1. To consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015 and to take note of Limited Review Report thereon.
2. Execution of Listing Agreement with BSE Limited & National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) as per LODR Regulations, 2015.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of ’’Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from February 03, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive] for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code. |
