| Exchange Disseminated Time | Financial Technologies (India) Ltd has informed BSE that as a procedure, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has passed an Assessment Order (Order) which is posted on MCA website in the captioned matter and the same is yet to be notified in the Official Gazette of India.
The Order shall be effective, if and only if, the Central Government finally decides to amalgamate National Spot Exchange Limited (NSEL) with Financial Technologies (India) Limited (FTIL), as stated in the Order.
The Company will take appropriate steps in the matter, if required, in consultation with the legal Counsel of the Company. |
