To consider and if thought fit approve to issue further equity shares to raise equity for ongoing expansion projects of the Company and convene Extra Ordinary General Meeting to seek approvals of Members to the proposed issue under section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009. |
