1. The Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 along with Limited Review Report on the same.
2. To Authorise Shri Vinod S. Jhawar, Managing Director of the Company for the Sizing and Warping activities.
3. To take Note on Compliance on Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements Regulation 2015 for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
4. To take note on Status of Minutes of Committees Meeting held and Statutory Registers.
5. To take note on re-constitution of Committees.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from January 28, 20176 to February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code. |
