| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/07/2016 11:03:44 | JMD Telefilms Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended on June 30, 2016, for all the officers end Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from August 04, 2016 till August 16, 2016 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on August 11, 2016 to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from August 04, 2016 to August 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
