This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed following Directors:-
1. Shri Naveen Kumar as 'Director (Operation)' on the Board of the Company (in term of Section 196 of the Companies Act, 2013) for a period of 5 years or the date of superannuation (which is at present is 62 year), whichever occurs earlier w.e.f. date of his joining; and
2. Dr. Pawan Singh as 'Director' on the Board of the Company (in term of Section 196 of the Companies Act, 2013) for a period of 3 months w.e.f. 1st August, 2017.
