| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alstom Projects India Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Courts of Delhi and Bombay have sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation amongst ALSTOM Projects India Limited, ALSTOM Holdings (India) Limited (a group Company) and their respective shareholders on February 23, 2012 and March 31, 2012, respectively, under Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
The certified copy of the Scheme of Amalgamation issued by the Hon'ble High Courts of Delhi and Bombay has been duly filed and now registered with the Registrar of Companies at Delhi and Mumbai respectively. |
