1. Re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Malhotra as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2015 for a further period of 3 years subject to the approval of the members and the Central Government, if required.
2. Appointment of Ms. Suchita Shah as an Additional Director {Non-Executive, Non-Independent) of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2015. |
