| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sandesh Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been fixed on February 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Third Quarter ended on December 31, 2013.
Further the Company has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company for the Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from the January 01, 2014 till the expiry of 24 hours from the date of declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Third Quarter ended on December 31, 2013. |
