1. Resignation of Mr. M.Venkatachalapathi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. January 17, 2017.
2. Appointment of Mr. S.Saravana Ganesh as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. January 31, 2017.
3. Recommendation for re-appointment of Dr. S.K.Sundaramoorthy, as the Managing Director of the Company for another term of five years and fixed the remuneration for three years w.e.f. April 01, 2017.
4. Authorised the Key Managerial Personnel's of the Company to determine the materiality of events or information. |
