Also, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015 and the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (‘Code') of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from July 06, 2015 to July 22, 2015 for the designated employees of the Company as defined in the Code. |
