In this regard, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in
the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for the Directors and Designated Persons, from February 02, 2017 to till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall reopen from February 11 2017. |
