1. To consider audited annual accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
2. The Company may propose to disinvest or dilute its stake in the subsidiary or its associate company/ companies.
The trading window under the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 for dealing in the equity shares will be closed for promoters, directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the Company from May 23, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) for considering audited financial results for year ended March 31, 2016. |
